    The Whippers Rock!
I finally got a chance to listen to the Christmas CD today. Its really good Jodie! In fact, I can’t believe how fast you put these things together for the amount of material, musicianship and musicians that perform on it. Not to mention your writing is outstsnding. I really like “I Believe”. The Retro Rockers shared the wave! It’s funny we just drove the coast…I think from now on surf music has got to be on a San Dimas, California Christmas CD! It’s like the Ventures meet Frank Zappa…Santa, Santa, wah wah wah woo”..Awesome! The girls sing and sound great and mama Whipp certainly brings it home on “Happy Christmas to You”. I like your playing on track 6 too…both instruments. What a talented family…and group of musicians. I was really hoping Sue and I could have listened to this along with you and Eric poolside (and maybe those three french maids if they are still around from 2001) having some Christmas cheer and getting the play-by-play. Thanks for keeping the Toledo’s on the Christmas CD list. “And a pawtwidge in a paira twee”…good stuff Jodie! Merry Christmas.
